 Can I order SAMPLES?

You may order a single packet as a sample.  1 packet is the minimum purchase and unfortunately we do not offer single sales.

 How long will it take to get my order?

DIY non-personalized orders will be dispatched within 7 - 10 business days.  We will notify you if any delays are expected and offer complimentary Express Post if dispatch is more than 10 days.

Australia Post regular mail takes 2 - 6 business days within Australia.

International postage takes 10 - 14 business days depending on your location.

 How do I place an order?

When you use the ‘add to cart’ buttons your shopping cart will automatically be created.  You can use the shopping cart as a calculator to check the cost of your order as you go.  Once you have completed your cart and proceed to the checkout you will be required use your credit card or PayPal to finalize your order.

If you don't want to use PayPal please submit your order via email and we will contact you with payment options.  When we receive your payment we will commencement work on your order..

 What if I don't receive my order?

If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately and we will check our records and update you on the progress of your order.

 Refund Policy?

Cancellations:-
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and only at the discretion of management.  Cancellations accepted by management within 24 business hours of placing your order will be subject to a 10% administration and handling fee.  After 24 hours a fee of 20% will apply. 

General Refunds:-
Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. 

If you feel there is an error in your stationery contact us straight away.  Our staff will investigate where the error occurred.
